Terms of Service

These terms govern Slop Audit, the public URL audit operated by Quadri LLC, United States.

Effective August 29, 2026 · Last updated August 29, 2026

Agreement and acceptable use

By submitting a URL, opening a report, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. Submit only a public URL you are authorized to have analyzed. Do not submit passwords, API keys, private tokens, confidential content, or URLs that require bypassing access controls.

Do not use the Service to probe private systems, evade bot protection, perform penetration testing, discover vulnerabilities, overload the service, or make a high-impact decision about an individual.

Informational reports

Reports describe observable properties at the time of a scan. Production Readiness, Slop Risk, findings, evidence, screenshots, and fixes are informational outputs—not security testing, legal advice, accessibility or WCAG certification, SEO guarantees, authorship attribution, or a promise that a site is ready for production.

Automated checks can miss issues or be affected by network conditions, browser capacity, target-site behavior, and changes after the scan. You are responsible for reviewing evidence, testing changes, and deciding what to ship.

Availability, content, and third parties

You retain rights in content you submit and grant Quadri a limited license to process it as needed to provide, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the Service, subject to the Privacy Notice. Quadri owns the Service, scoring rules, report design, and related materials.

We may change limits, rules, features, or retention, and the Service may be unavailable or inaccurate. Third-party services and target-site content are outside our control.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and reports are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quadri and its personnel are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption. Aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amount paid in the previous 12 months or US $100, except where applicable law prohibits a limitation. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain intact.

Indemnity, governing law, and changes

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to protect Quadri from claims arising from your use, submitted content, violation of these Terms, or failure to obtain authorization. These Terms are governed by applicable United States law, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms by posting a new effective date. Questions: team@slopaudit.dev. Have qualified counsel review these terms for your situation.
